While referrals are not required to begin your journey with Grove, we are happy to accept them if you have one.
All initial and follow up consults are bulk billed for Medicare card holders. If you do not have a Medicare card, or if you don't provide your Medicare card, a $49 payment for the appointment will be required. This fee is refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up until 4 hours before your appointment time to cover costs and ensure appointments stay available for patients that need them. Cancelling an appointment within 4 hours of your allocated time, or failing to attend, will attract a cancellation fee of $49.

All medicines are shipped via express post and typically take 1-2 days in metro areas once dispatched. Please note dispatch times are not guaranteed.
