Information on this website
This website is intended to provide information to Healthcare Practitioners in Australia and complies with the laws and regulations of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Nothing in this website should be interpreted as promoting any product. The website is merely a source of information about products licensed for Import by the Austrlian Department of Health, under the Regulation 5 of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956 for supply of un-registered medicinal cannabis products in accordance with the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989.
Products listed on this site may only be accessed through the Special Access Scheme Category B, by an Authorised Prescriber or for use in a Clinical Trial, unless registered in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).
Restrictions on Use
You agree that you will:
use this website in accordance with these terms and conditions and will not use this website for any unlawful purpose; and not violate or attempt to violate the security of the website, nor violate any right of Grove Health.

Script Transfer Fee
If you would like to request the transfer of your prescription from our system to a pharmacy of your preference, a fee of $49 will be applied. This fee is intended to cover the administrative costs associated with processing this request. Please be aware that we have no control over the availability of medications at the chosen pharmacy.
Refunds
Grove Health will not accept the returns of medication if you have changed your mind. If the medicine is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, we may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. Grove Health reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the medicine fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Acknowledgment of Liability for Lost Packages
By placing an order with Grove Health, the Customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that Grove Health shall not be liable for the cost of any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of Australia Post. Possession is evident once the parcel has been scanned in by Auspost.
The Customer agrees that Grove Health is not responsible for replacing the package or refunding the cost of the package in the event it is lost, damaged, or delayed by Australia Post.
The Customer acknowledges that packages sent with Star Track are insured up to the value of $200 AUD.
Branding
All intellectual property rights in any material or content displayed on this website, including, without limitation, trademarks, logos and trade names, belong to Grove Health, its affiliates, or licensors, and are used with Grove Health’s permission. This applies to all trademarks displayed on this website, whether or not appearing with the trademark symbol (™). Nothing on this website should be construed as granting any right or licence to use any trademark displayed on this website without the prior written permission of Grove Health, its affiliates or licensors.
