Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Grove, we strive to deliver exceptional care and service to all our patients. To maintain the highest standards and ensure equal access to care, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
Appointments
Initial appointments are free for patients presenting a valid Medicare card.
In the event a patient does not provide a valid Medicare card, cancels or reschedules within 4 hours of the appointment, or does not show up, a $49 fee will be charged to the card on file.
Other Appointments
Where valid Medicare details are not provided payment is non refundable and required in advance.
Cancellations & No Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance.
Failure to provide notice of cancellation or rescheduling at least 4 hours prior to the appointment will result in a $49 fee.

Refunds
Grove Health will not accept the returns of medication if you have changed your mind. If the medicine is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, we may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. Grove Health reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the medicine fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
